The guitar is a stringed musical instrument that is considered the most widespread in the world. It is widely performed as a solo or as an accompanying musical instrument. It is used in such musical styles as blues, country, rock and others. In the 20th century, the electric guitar was born with its appearance and had a very strong influence on popular culture.

The ukulele is a small and light instrument from the guitar family, which was introduced to Hawaii by Portuguese immigrants from Madeira. It seems like it is made for cheerful and energetic people. Its simple but full of life melodies have an upbeat mood. The small size allows it to be carried everywhere: on your shoulders, in the trunk of a car, in the overhead hold of an aircraft. The instrument is suitable for beginner adults and children, as learning to play the ukulele is quite easy. The chord charts are simple and straightforward, and the strings are easier to pick than the guitar. You will learn to tune the instrument, hold the instrument correctly, learn chords and improve your left and right hand techniques, confidently keep the rhythm, and increase the virtuosity of your playing. You will find out which style is best for the ukulele and work with your teacher to learn your favorite pieces of music on it.

The violin is a unique instrument, whose music cannot leave you indifferent. As the most widespread stringed bowed instrument, it is called the "queen of the orchestra"! And not only the fact that there are more than a hundred musicians in a large orchestra, and one third of them are violinists, confirms this. The expressiveness, warmth and tenderness of its timbre, the melodiousness of the sound, as well as the huge performing opportunities rightfully give it a leading position, both in a symphony orchestra and in solo practice.

We also offer viola lessons. The viola is a stringed-bowed musical instrument of the same structure as the violin, but of a larger size, which makes it sound in a lower register. The viola strings are tuned a fifth below the violin and an octave above the cello. Learning to play the violin or viola develops an incredible ear for music. The cello is used as an instrument of a string quartet or chamber and symphony orchestra, and is often a very colorful and important solo instrument. Music intended for the cello originated from the Baroque to the present day, many great composers wrote their best works dedicated to it. This amazingly virtuoso instrument with a light, airy, "fluttering" sound, reminiscent of birdsong, belongs to the woodwind group.The flute is light and graceful, it has a rich musical repertoire and great possibilities - its voice sounds equally mesmerizing in traditional, academic and modern music.

Our teachers will introduce you to the construction of the flute, its main parts, and teach you how to properly care for the instrument in order to keep it in working order. During our flute lessons, we pay great attention to breathing, correct lip position and air supply. Each student will find his own, individual ear cushion that allows you to extract sound from the flute. The ear cushion is the position of the lips, tongue and facial muscles of a musician playing a wind instrument. You will also learn fingering - the location of the fingers on the valves of the instrument. The clarinet is a woodwind instrument with a beautiful noble sound. The clarinet's range is one of the largest among all musical instruments. The clarinet got its name due to the piercing sound in the upper registers, which also resembled the sound of a trumpet, in translation its name means "small trumpet". In the symphonic fairy tale "Peter and the Wolf" S. Prokofiev assigned him the role of a cat, thereby emphasizing its velvety and soft sound, like the fluffy legs of an animal.

Recorder is a woodwind instrument from the group known as internal duct flutes which are the flutes with a whistle mouthpiece, or fipple flutes. The recorder was especially popular in Europe in the Middle Ages. In the lessons we will analyse the structure of the recorder, you will learn the parts of the instrument, where they are and what their functions are. We will look at the correct position of the diaphragm when playing the recorder and will teach students fundamentals of proper breathing.

The double bass has two distinctive characteristics at once that make it the best inside the orchestra. This is the largest, most impressive of its representative and the lowest stringed instrument in sound. It also creates the necessary musical basis for the construction of the entire performance of the work. The bass guitar (also called electric bass or simply bass) is a string-plucked musical instrument designed to be played in the bass range. Music Theory is the shared international language that musicians use to communicate. It's an essential and major part of musical education. In our Music Theory classes we immerse our students into the world of fundamentals of musical grammar - reading, writing, aural analysing and interpreting. We teach in small and medium groups, preparing for all standard grade exams (ABRSM and RIAM), as well as offering additional courses: Composition and Songwriting, Leaving Certificate and Junior Cycle grinds. The constituent parts of musical culture are rhythm and sound. Our pre-instrumental courses aim to introduce young children to musical basics by singing and dancing, musical games, illustrated storytelling, and simple music making. In the classroom, children will study rhythmic patterns, sounds and notes and will get acquainted with various simple musical instruments, methods and techniques of playing them (cymbals, drums, spoons, tambourines, bells, xylophones, maracas, triangles and others). The classes help to develop a sense of rhythm, musical memory, the ability to play in a team, the ability to hear oneself and others, the development of creativity, great emotional pleasure and satisfaction by achieving a result. Also, classes are aimed at developing attention, perception of musical and non-musical sounds, timbre colors, feelings of meter and rhythm, coordination of movements, the simplest vocal and intonation skills and emotional responsiveness. This course focuses on the practical use of audio and music technology in a number of settings, including the recording studio, post-production, live sound, sound design and audio for video. Students participate fully in the recording studio process. They will create, produce and mix music, engineer live performances, programme sound synthesisers, sequence drum and instrument tracks, and also create sound effects. These activities are supported by theory sessions in sound creation, music theory, acoustics, media studies, signal processing and much more. Logic Pro and ProTools is used in the studios and editing suite, offering an ideal environment where students can apply their knowledge and skills. Drawing is an excellent creative outlet for a young, developing mind, it allows us to engage and explore a child's imagination in a safe and comfortable environment. By primary school, drawing becomes a conscious, systematic occupation. Painting lessons for a child are a prerequisite for the formation of a versatile, harmonious personality. Art classes develop fine motor skills, and this is the stimulation of the brain regions responsible for thinking, speech, visual and motor memory, and coordination. During drawing, both hemispheres of the brain are involved, interhemispheric connections actively arise. The child develops spacial awareness and imagination.

In our art classes we teach students how to use a brush correctly on paper, blend colors on the palette; we give basic knowledge of composition, color science, proportions and perspective; teach different painting techniques; teach about genres and styles of painting. Lessons will help you draw correctly with a pencil, carefully cover over the entire surface and individual objects; teach the types of shading and color mixing on paper; use the pressure of the pencil correctly when drawing; building a composition and individual items. In addition our art classes will give you knowledge about proportions and perspective, about the ratio of sizes and you will learn how to use different techniques in drawing. During the lesson, the teacher introduces the students to the history of art, the work of famous artists. Students learn to distinguish styles in painting and trends in art, study the subtlety of watercolor writing and techniques in painting with acrylic paints. Students will learn to draw objects in detail in a still life and draw a portrait from nature and much more.
